Program Name: Casa Raphael
Program Description: Casa Raphael is a state-licensed and certified substance abuse residential treatment program for men who are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, and very low income. This is a 140-bed facility that provides housing, food, recovery workshops, daily journaling, case management, anger management, mental health counseling, health and dental care, assistance addressing legal and financial issues, employment training, educational opportunities including earning a GED and college credits, computer workshops, resume preparation, and budgeting classes. The program lasts 9 to 12 months with the goal of residents achieving independent housing and full-time employment.
